You will be joining our Air Logistics Pricing Team to add your expertise + skills to the development of standardized pricing processes and the delivery of commercial excellence.

How you create impact

You will be responsible for establishing + maintaining the national rate management process, ensuring standardization across the pricing landscape from customer engagement to handover and invoicing. You will drive business growth and development through effective pricing strategies, standardized processes + performance management, in alignment with the overall strategy set by headquarters.

What we would like you to bring

• To engage with customers, sales teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) + BUFA Management regarding quotation requests.

• To provide tender consultancy to customers and, where required, participate in tender meetings in close cooperation with the Account Owner.

• To implement the global pricing strategy by adapting + executing global rate management processes and standardization within the national market.

• To establish + maintain the national pricing landscape, ensuring effective rate management from customer engagement to handover and invoicing.

• To drive business growth + development through standardized pricing processes and effective management of the national organization.

• To propose, recommend + implement national pricing strategies in alignment with headquarters' guidelines, while considering local market dynamics.

• To monitor + manage pricing performance, ensuring national pricing strategies contribute to overall business objectives and financial targets.

• To continuously improve pricing processes + standard management structures to enhance operational efficiency and prepare the organization for future growth.
