You will be joining our Air Logistics Implementation Team to add your expertise + skills to the successful delivery of customer implementation projects and Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You will be responsible for leading small to medium-scale, low to medium-complexity implementation projects, including new awarded business, re-implementations, and data integration projects. You will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery within the agreed scope + budget, while working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

What we would like you to bring

• To lead implementation projects as a Lead (LIM), Regional (RIM), or National (NIM) Project Manager for new awarded business, re-implementations, and data integration projects in collaboration with Technical Project Managers (SIM).

• To lead Customer Care Locations (CCLs) in successfully executing customer implementation projects through GCIM, ensuring project governance + monitoring performance.

• To define project scope + objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, establishing detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, risk management + change management in line with KN standards.

• To build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• To deliver timely project updates + reports to stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports + risk assessments.

• To actively participate in training programs, including GCIM, to develop proficiency in project management tools + methodologies.

• To contribute to the Global Air Logistics Implementation Project Management Community and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• To contribute to implementation project audits in accordance with KN requirements + ISO 21502 standards.
