As a National Air Logistics Gateway Warehouse Manager, you will lead end-to-end gateway cargo operations, driving operational excellence while managing suppliers, stakeholders, QSHE and carrier requirements, and warehouse infrastructure.
How you create impact
- Optimize warehouse processes.
- Optimize inbound freight flows in collaboration with KN stations
- Optimize outbound freight flows in collaboration with KN stations
- Monitor KPIs.
- Create and maintain shift schedules, where applicable.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, ensuring their adherence to defined KN processes and standards, including the best usage of the KN Digital Ecosystem.
- Coordinate and conduct annual reviews with KN partners.
- Foster constructive collaboration between KN, GHAs, and the warehouse service provider.
- Monitor warehouse P&L.
- Handle escalation management
What we would like you to bring
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in warehouse and airport cargo operations, preferably in air logistics.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and open communication.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, strategic planning, and contract management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
