National Air Logistics Customer Care Manager

Drive customer excellence across our national Air Logistics business by leading high-performing Customer Care teams, strengthening strategic client relationships, and collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional service, customer retention, and sustainable business growth. 

How you create impact

  • Lead and develop the National Air Logistics Customer Care team, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Operational Care, Pricing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer solutions and successful customer onboarding.
  • Monitor customer performance, service quality, and key KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage customer escalations and complex service issues, ensuring timely resolution while protecting customer loyalty and business profitability.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding, with a strong background in Customer Care, Operations, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Air Logistics operations, customer relationship management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced English (B2+/C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
