How you create impact
- Drive and monitor sales activities, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline
- Identify and nurture sales-qualified leads to deliver profitable, sustainable growth
- Conduct regular portfolio and pipeline reviews with key stakeholders
- Perform market and pricing analysis, aligning closely with pricing teams to stay competitive
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth handover to Customer Care teams
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data and insights in internal systems
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback resolution and service excellence
- Collaborate closely with CCL to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
