  • Coordinate remediation activities for identified control deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and ensure corrective action plans are implemented effectively and on time.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Finance, Knowledge Centers, and National Finance teams to maintain an effective control framework and drive a culture of accountability, governance, and continuous improvement.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of professional experience.

  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across multiple countries and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to challenge control assessments while providing practical and value-added recommendations.

What's in it for you

Join a global organization where operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement are fundamental to business success.
