Stage Process Engineering - Logistica

Kuehne+Nagel è un player globale della logistica che progetta e gestisce soluzioni di magazzino e distribuzione “end-to-end”, con un approccio strutturato e standardizzato per ottimizzare le supply chain dei clienti.

Per il sito di Modugno (BA), ricerchiamo una risorsa in stage della durata di sei mesi da inserire a supporto delle Operations con un focus su ingegneria di processo e miglioramento continuo, all’interno di un contesto logistico dedicato a un cliente multinazionale dell’Automotive.

L’obiettivo dello stage è acquisire esperienza “sul campo” su attività tipiche di miglioramento processi in magazzino e orientamento ai KPI:

Analisi e mappatura dei flussi inbound/outbound (ricevimento, stoccaggio, preparazione ordini, spedizione) per individuare sprechi, colli di bottiglia e opportunità di standardizzazione;

Supporto avviamento nuovo magazzino;

Collaborazione al monitoraggio di KPI operativi e al miglioramento della “daily performance” (es. puntualità lavorazioni, qualità, produttività), contribuendo ad azioni correttive insieme al team di sito;

Redazione/aggiornamento di SOP / work instruction e standard di processo

Supporto nella reportistica delle iniziative di Continuous Improvement

Requisiti

Percorso di studi: laurea (o in corso) in Ingegneria Gestionale / Ingegneria Industriale / discipline affini.

Esperienza: non necessaria; cerchiamo motivazione, curiosità e approccio analitico.

Lingue: Italiano fluente; Inglese almeno discreto

Competenze (nice to have): discreta dimestichezza con pacchetto Office (Excel/PowerPoint) per analisi e presentazioni
