Reporting to our Personal Lines Manager, you will support the Personal Lines division as an Account Manager by servicing clients, preparing documentation, coordinating renewals, and supporting the Account Executive in daily account activity. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
How you create impact
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- Manage routine policy servicing: documentation reviews, renewals, cancellations, and general account maintenance
- Research and investigate information to support strategic client decision‑making
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team initiatives
- Prepare all client‑facing documents, including invoices, letters, renewal packages, pink slips, and binders
- Quote, write, and upload new business in alignment with Nacora corporate guidelines
- Administer the client renewal process from start to finish
- Maintain organized electronic and physical client documentation

What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a brokerage environment with a focus on personal lines.
- Active RIBO licence (required).
- EPIC system experience preferred; post‑secondary education considered an asset.
- Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, or working toward one, are an asset.
- Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market and insurance operations.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used to assist in specific process [e.g., screening applications, interview scheduling].
