Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for customer onboarding, process optimization, and supply chain technology? Join Kuehne+Nagel as a National Sea Logistics Implementation Project Expert, where you will lead strategic customer implementations, data integration projects, and order management initiatives across Canada. In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, drive operational efficiencies, and support long-term customer success through Kuehne+Nagel's Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).

How you create impact

• Coordinate national implementation projects for new customer onboarding, business transitions, re-implementations, and strategic logistics initiatives.
• Manage Sea Logistics implementation projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans using Kuehne+Nagel's Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).
• Coordinate EDI, API, and data integration projects that improve connectivity, visibility, and operational efficiency for customers.
• Collaborate with customers, operational teams, technical project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings to gather requirements, address challenges, and maintain project momentum.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, implementation plans, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalation points to ensure project success.
• Coordinate the development, review, approval, and handover of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
• Deliver an exceptional customer onboarding experience by building trusted relationships and ensuring clear communication from project kickoff through go-live.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop practical implementation solutions aligned with operational capabilities and system functionality.
• Identify automation and integration opportunities that reduce manual processes and increase efficiency for both customers and Kuehne+Nagel.
• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and focus on critical project milestones.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices following project completion to strengthen future implementations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support change management activities and ensure successful operational handover at project completion.

What we would like you to bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, freight forwarding, logistics, or customer implementation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics, freight forwarding operations, and customer onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex implementation, process improvement, EDI/API integration, or systems-related projects.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on delivering practical, customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience working with logistics technology, order management, transportation management systems, or integration platforms is highly preferred.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
