Kuehne + Nagel Canada is looking for a National Facility Manager to take charge of building maintenance, construction, and repairs. This role involves managing vendors to ensure all locations operate smoothly, safely, and within budget. Facility maintenance may be handled internally or through an outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model.
How you create impact
- Internal Collaboration: Aligning with our Global and North America (NAM) Teams to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- IFM Integrity: Provide FM operational support and act as a liaison between the sites and IFM to ensure adherence to the highest quality and standards.
- KPI Management: Hold our IFM accountable through effective KPI management.
- CTI Projects. ¬Involvement in Construction, and Office Buildout Projects: Overseeing projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Sustainability Projects and Energy Management: Lead initiatives to enhance sustainability and manage energy use efficiently.
- Budgetary Control (GL 57): Maintain strict budgetary control to ensure financial efficiency.
- Involvement in all aspects of procurement category management, including Processes & Governance, MHE, Warehouse Equipment, IT, Packaging Supplies

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, category management, operations, or a related function
- Exposure to facilities management, MHE, warehouse equipment, staffing services, or other indirect spend categories is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a structured, supportive environment
- Experience participating in or supporting RFPs, contract negotiations, or supplier management activities
- College degree or greater preferred, but not mandatory

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
