As our Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be a key member of our Nacora Insurance Customer Service team, responsible for servicing clients within our personal lines programs. You will support clients by addressing inquiries, reviewing coverage, facilitating renewals, processing policy changes, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. You will also collaborate with insurance carriers, assess client needs, and recommend the most suitable insurance solutions Nacora has been providing white glove risk consulting and commercial (marine and non-marine) insurance solutions, products and services to over 30 countries worldwide since 1972 and are one of the first global logistics providers to offer sustainable cargo insurance solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values strong client relationships.
How you create impact
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
- Account service including review of documentation for routine policy changes, renewals, cancellations
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision making for the client
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Prepare all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, renewal documents, pink slips, binders of insurance, etc.
- Quote, write, and upload new business within Nacora’s corporate guidelines
- Administration of the client renewal process
- Organization of client documentation

What we would like you to bring
- 3+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage environment as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
- RIBO License required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- EPIC experience preferred
- CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) beneficial
