As a Mid-Level Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex automation solutions, including AI-powered workflows.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that increase efficiency and performance.
This role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of reusable components and best practices.
How you create impact
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex automation solutions
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities and modern technologies into automation workflows
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation solutions
- Provide technical support and ensure reliability and performance of solutions
- Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks for future scalability
- Mentor and support junior developers
- Collaborate with global automation teams on shared initiatives
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- English (minimum intermediate level)
- 2–5 years of experience in automation development or software development
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automation solutions
- Proficiency in programming for automation and integration scenarios
- Experience with AI-powered solutions and working with APIs
- Strong understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization
- Experience with automation tools (UiPath or similar RPA platforms)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
