The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for observing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse. The Warehouse Team Leader is crucial role in conducting aspects of Operations in a GXP healthcare environment within our client's assigned business policies and procedures.  

How you create impact

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. 

 

Working in a temperature controlled environment between 35°F and 46°)
Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
Operate pallet jack
Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe  
Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations  
Be available to work overtime and weekends 
Be able to follow FDA guidelines 

What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

Basic technical and math skills

Good communication skills

Strong leadership skills
