The Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist is responsible for supporting transport billing and invoicing activities across distribution operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control.
How you create impact
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transport invoices in line with agreed service levels.
- Validate transport charges against approved rate cards, contracts, and billing structures.
- Maintain high billing accuracy while minimising credits, rework, and invoice corrections.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and rate issues.
- Support month-end close activities through accurate accruals and cost visibility.
- Escalate recurring billing issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What we would like you to bring
- 1~3 years' experience in logistics, transport billing, invoicing, or operational finance environments.
- Exposure to transport, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly regarded.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
