As a Global Total Rewards Expert (m/f/d), you will support compensation and benefits processes across Europe. You will work closely with Total Rewards Partners and local HR teams to deliver Total Rewards programs, while managing related data and systems effectively.
How you create impact
- Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) processes across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards and local implementation plans.
- Act as a key contact for day-to-day requests, including benchmark analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, STI calculations, and pay gap analytics.
- Provide second-level support and expert guidance to local HR and business stakeholders on Total Rewards processes and policies.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to HR teams to ensure consistent application of compensation frameworks and practices.
- Monitor and analyse local market data to inform competitive and compliant Total Rewards strategies.
- Support the rollout of global initiatives and changes at country level, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding by local HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, adapting global frameworks where necessary.
- Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements based on local needs, market trends, and regulatory developments.
What we would like you to bring
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles within Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related functions in a complex, global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
- Solid financial acumen with understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and simplify large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP).
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while handling confidential information.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
