The Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist works within the Contract Logistics Function. Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardised manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers. Is part of the Customer Service Department, driving services and systems that provides the highest level of customer satisfaction.
How you create impact
Customer Service
- Help to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information in between departments and with customers
- Contribute to customer support activities, regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.
Data and report activities
- Compile, sort, and verify data is accurate before order entry and effectively solve potential problems and/or discrepancies
- Investigate overdue and damaged shipments
- Support to analyse complaints relating to billing or the service rendered, sending complaints for non-performance to the services responsible for investigations, promptly updating customers
What we would like you to bring
- >3 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organizational structure
- Experience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systems
- Deep expertise in managing a large scale b2b client and communicating with external senior stakeholders - which made you able to moderate, adapt and link customer needs to warehouse opportunities and capacity
- Required deep fluency in English language both in written and spoken
- Knowledge of main ERP / WMS (such as SAP, Blueyonder) and their logics will be considered as a strong plus.
