How you create impact
As an intern with us, you will work directly with our experienced teams in Road Logistics, Air Logistics or Customs to learn all aspects of the business. You will be working in an international environment with direct contact to our warehouse operations and working closely together with colleagues across all business units. Examples of daily tasks:
- Assist with customer communication and planning daily departures.
- Help with bookings and handling inquiries from our colleagues and partners.
- Ensure that pickups and deliveries are on time by following up and coordinating.
- Gain insight into how we prioritize and manage various tasks to keep our deliveries on schedule.
- Develop your communication skills through daily interaction with colleagues and suppliers.
- Participate in and contribute to solving challenges in a busy and dynamic environment.
- With customs, business and operational know-how solve, assist our clients with requiring customs document.
- Be able to handle equally import as well as export declaration and follow up documentation.
- Arranging and completing all associated customs paperwork, which documents the nature of the goods being imported or exported and that they are legal and legitimate.
What we would like you to bring
- You are a student at a vocational school, university, or college with a focus on logistics.
- Practical experience in logistics is a plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Comfortable with systems and knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office suite.

- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
- Driven by a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing them effectively.
- Service-oriented, communicative, and ready to handle stressful situations on short notice.
