Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world's leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for a Logistics Engineer to support strategic customer implementations and continuous improvement initiatives across our international Control Tower network.

This role combines process engineering, business analysis, implementation support, and operational excellence. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and implement end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and broader supply chain operations.

As part of an international project environment, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully transition from design through implementation, go-live, and stabilization while continuously improving operational performance and service delivery.

 

As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing current logistics processes, designing future-state solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of new customer operations and process improvements.

You will work across multiple projects, collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Continuous Improvement Managers, and customers to ensure logistics processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements. The role combines hands-on implementation work with process optimization, stakeholder management, testing, training, and continuous improvement activities. This role will based in Wroclaw, Poland or Contern, Luxembourg, depending on candidate preference.

 

How you create impact

  • Analyze and map end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and Control Tower operations
  • Design and optimize future-state processes to improve efficiency, quality, and service performance
  • Support implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and hypercare
  • Conduct process engineering, process mapping, testing, and validation activities
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support onboarding and training initiatives
  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement projects
  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital tools and process enhancements across Control Tower operations
  • Collaborate with customers, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process engineering, business analysis, or continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and supply chain execution
  • Experience participating in or leading implementation and transformation projects
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex operational environments and translate findings into practical solutions
  • Experience with process optimization, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma certification is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Digital mindset with experience implementing systems, tools, or technology-driven improvements
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
