In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers within Air Logistics, ensuring a seamless, proactive, and high‑quality experience across every shipment. You will take ownership of customer relationships, coordinate closely with operational and finance teams, and play a key role in retaining customers while supporting sustainable growth and profitability.

This position combines customer engagement, shipment coordination, problem‑solving, and commercial awareness to deliver service excellence in a fast‑paced global logistics environment.

How you create impact

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, building strong, trust‑based relationships.Take ownership of customer shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide proactive and clear communication on shipment progress, changes, or potential disruptions.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and shipments, ensuring clear alignment on processes and service expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with operational, finance, and sales teams to resolve issues and deliver customer commitments.
  • Handle spot pricing requests and support competitive, timely responses aligned with customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional logistics solutions that add value to customers.
  • Manage customer feedback, service issues, and claims professionally and efficiently.
  • Analyze shipment activity and customer behavior to support retention, profitability, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Operations, or Air Logistics.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of logistics services.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Languages: Local language (fluent) and English (intermediate or higher).
