We are currently looking for a National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist to join our Marine Logistics team in Bergen. This role is key to ensuring high customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational continuity for some of our most important customers within the marine and offshore sectors.
How you create impact
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by acting as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service throughout the customer journey.
- Coordinate transportation operations by planning, monitoring and managing transport assignments from booking through to delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams across all transport modes.
- Create and maintain transport files, ensuring accurate information and a high level of data quality in the relevant systems.
- Monitor shipments, manage any issues or deviations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of daily operations.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, monitor costs and support gross profit follow-up and financial control activities.
- Work closely with Operations, Pricing and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes for our customers.
- Follow our QSHE principles and contribute to a safe working environment with a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience from Marine logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a similar operational environment
- A strong understanding of customer service and customer relationship management
- The ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A systematic approach to work with a high attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an interest in financial performance
- Good IT skills and experience using digital business tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Portuguese language skills are a requirement
