How you create impact
- Dar soporte y asistencia a los usuarios internos en las aplicaciones corporativas, así como en temas de conectividad.
- Atender los tickets ingresados por los usuarios, asegurando el registro y la resolución de los incidentes.
- Instalar, mover y asignar todas las herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para un puesto de trabajo.
- Llevar el control del inventario de cuentas y activos tecnológicos de manera óptima, facilitando la gestión de los recursos.
- Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas herramientas dentro de la organización.
- Trabajar en equipo, manteniendo el orden y la disciplina que requiere el área.
What we would like you to bring
- Estudiante universitario de Ingeniería de Computación, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines, cursando el 7.º ciclo.
- Disponibilidad para movilizarse entre las sedes de San Isidro, Callao y Lurín.
- Inglés básico
