You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders + vendors to arrange + approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.

- Documentation Management: Ensure accurate processing of documentation by
adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. - Customer Support: Collaborate with Cutomer Service and ensure customerspecific
needs are delivered. - Claims Handling: Manage claims effectively with carriers to ensure timely
resolution. - AFR Error Resolution: Handle AFR errors promptly and efficiently.
- Carrier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, facilitating
smooth communication. - Problem Solving: Address and resolve daily issues faced by carriers and
terminals/warehouses. - Productivity and Performance: Execute tasks with a high level of productivity
and performance, ensuring operational efficiency. - KPI Management: Ensure that operational KPIs are consistently met to drive
business success.
