National Sales Customer Excellence Manager

You will be part of our Sales team, adding your account management expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

The Sales Customer Excellence role focuses on managing global projects and initiatives that support strategic objectives. This position ensures successful implementation of process improvements and
cross-functional collaboration. The role will be to be part of the Japan Development Program, establishing the right visibility and governance that will support the team to further penetrate into JP customers in Japan/Overseas accordingly. The role will provide insights into trends, development and also the pipeline, helping the steering committee and the program lead to make informed decisions.

What we would like you to bring

  • Lead strategic projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Support global management in implementing operational excellence programs.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between global and local teams for project alignment. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership / board members.
  • Establish, implement and manage the governance model for the Japan Development program. This includes reports, dashboards and periodic updates to key stakeholders of the program.
  • Drive the periodic "drum beat" discussions with key stakeholders including National, Corporate management and maintain action logs and follow up accordingly
  • Review and analyze the pipeline, identify issues and/or opportunities
  • Define and implement SIP programs in collaboration with the sales organization
  • Deliver a commercial toolkit for the Japan Program, ensuring KN capabilities are translated into the needs of JP customers
  • Obtain and share market intelligence on Japanese customers activities
  • Support the development of account strategies
  • Support the team in developing value propositions
