You will be part of our Legal + Compliance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

How you create impact

Your primary objective will be to manage the legal + compliance aspects of our business activities in your location, ensuring we fulfill all related legal requirements.

• To draft, review, redline + negotiate contracts along with other legal documents together with the business project owner.
• To ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations, policies/strategies + executions.
• To analyze + discuss emerging compliance risks with business management + employees.
• To reinforce our culture of compliance by providing ongoing training to comply with local laws + maintain ethical business practices on the basis of our global ethics + compliance program.
• To analyze legal risks/disputes in order to provide legal recommendations, alerts, solutions, + support.
• To participate in the preparation, review, evaluation, negotiation, + interpretation of all relevant documents.
• Responding to legal elements in relation to any day to day support requests.
• To prepare, update + present briefings on new legal documents/changes/issues with legal solutions timely.
