We are looking for a Sea Logistics Sales and Customer Care Manager who will lead and drive all Sea Logistics commercial activities while also managing and optimizing the Customer Care Location team. This role is responsible for accelerating business growth, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customer care and operational teams.
In addition to owning the Sea Logistics P&L, the Sea Logistics Sales and Customer Care Manager plays a key role in implementing national commercial and customer care strategies. The position focuses on expanding business opportunities, supporting sales teams and enhancing the customer experience across the entire supply chain.
This is a strategic leadership role combining sales management, customer care excellence and cross‑functional coordination to deliver sustainable growth and superior service quality.
How you create impact
- Lead and drive all Sea Logistics sales activities, including opportunity development, pipeline management, pricing alignment and continuous collaboration with sales teams
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, proactive engagement and structured follow‑up to support growth, retention and reactivation
- Guide, develop and optimize the Customer Care Location (CCL) team to ensure high service quality, effective case management and strong cooperation with the Operational Care Center (OCC)
- Ensure accurate and complete customer data, service information, reporting and process controls, including the creation of Customer Profiles, Business Profiles and SOPs
- Support commercial decision‑making by ensuring all customer interactions from both sales and CCL teams are logged in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Finance to review credit limits, support business development needs and coordinate actions in case of challenges
- Facilitate training, performance management and skill development for both sales and customer care teams while defining and monitoring SLAs
- Drive customer automation through the eTouch Automation dashboard and continuously improve processes to deliver on the customer promise
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, supporting tenders and ensuring alignment between commercial and operational stakeholders
What we would like you to bring
- Extensive experience in freight forwarding with a strong focus on Sea Logistics
- Proven project management capability with successful leadership from planning to execution
- Solid financial acumen supported by several years of P&L responsibility
- Fluency in the local language and advanced proficiency in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration and support development
- Deep expertise in customer management across the full lifecycle ensuring high engagement and satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively at all levels
- Strategic and proactive mindset with strong change management capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement
