As a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customers at national level. You will lead the end‑to‑end commercial relationship, acting as the primary representative for the company across all logistics solutions and business units.

The role focuses on building long‑term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, translating customer needs into value‑driven solutions, and ensuring commercial targets related to revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction are met.

How you create impact

  • Act as the main commercial contact for a portfolio of national key customers across all logistics solutions.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including relationship management, business development, negotiations, and performance follow‑up.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, including cross‑selling and upselling of logistics solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and procurement functions.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor commercial performance, including pipeline, revenue, wins/losses, and financial indicators, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new business into operations to meet customer expectations and service commitments.Conduct regular business reviews with customers, focused on performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, customer care, and leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics solutions, including air, sea, road, and customs‑related services.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiations, and solution‑based sales.
  • Ability to understand customer business models and competitive environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results and commercial performance.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex customer portfolios.
  • English level: Advanced.
  • Availability to travel as required.
