Reporting to the Transport Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution completion of transport tasks in support of the Domestic Transport Operation. This will require you to deal face to face, over the telephone with customers and drivers, as well as via Teams and through messaging devices with other departments and partners in the business. Note that working hours are 5:00 - 13:30h.

- Communication with drivers and partners and first stage resolution of issues
- Maintain up to date and complete statuses in TMS
- Contribute to a safe working environment through the application of all relevant safety process and recognised safe methods of working
- Maintain and improve customer and interdepartmental communication and working relationships
- Cooperate with colleagues to improve productivity and deliver excellent service
What we would like you to bring
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment preferred
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems
- Excellent organisational abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team mindset with a customer‑focused approach
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
