How you create impact
- First point of contact for customers, representing and supporting their interests every day
- Participation in internal operational meetings to align on topics impacting customers
- Close follow up on incoming customer complaints
- Measuring KPIs and active improvement of the teams performance and responsiveness
- Close collaboration on your customer account with colleagues from your own team and other departments
What we would like you to bring
- A logistics‑related degree or equivalent experience, paired with first experience in Customer Service, ideally within Road Transport
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- An analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
- Flexibility and adaptability — the logistics sector never stands still
