The Global Sea Logistics Yield & Allocation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Sea Logistics Yield & Allocation Team by executing tasks related to Global Trade activities. The role includes managing carrier agreements, coordinating billing processes, maintaining reporting activities, and supporting operational procedures to ensure efficient and accurate execution of business requirements.
The position is also responsible for supporting Forwarding Sub-Ledger (FSL) activities in ACON, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation. In addition, the specialist works closely with Trade Managers, country organizations, and carriers, facilitating effective communication, providing process guidance, and supporting the resolution of operational and billing-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in Sea Logistics, Trade Management, Finance Operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ACON and BI (reporting tool).
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with large and complex data sets.
