As KN GS- Air Logistics Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and expertise in solutions built by our High Tech Solution Center (HSC) for global accounts. Your role will involve managing our global support ticket queue to ensure timely responses to our internal and external customers as well as maintaining documentation and helping with some smaller changes. As part of our Global Service you are ensuring the ongoing support and maintenance of our different HSC solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
How you create impact
• Investigate issues along different process chains (SALOG, KN Login, myKN, OEDI, KNITE, Jupiter, ESP + any EDI / API connections involved)
• Provide solution support of implemented integrations
• Document support requests and invested efforts via Jira Service Desk / Email
• Document any interface support
• Collaborate and share knowledge within the team (e.g. WIKI, WIs)
• Support HSC Development Team on customized solutions for dedicated customers
• Maintain operational stability and coordinate support activities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Passion for customer excellence, a willingness to learn, to be self-managed and to work well within a team
- EDI experience within a freight forwarding environment would be an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft SQL / SSMS (executing / creating queries, work with SQL views) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data mapping, testing and support
- Experience in ETL tools (no code / low code) benefical - preferably with the Lobster _data solution
