At Kuehne+Nagel, we are looking for a highly analytical and proactive professional to support our Finance Process Excellence initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize financial processes, and contribute to global operational excellence projects.
How you create impact
- Collaborating with AP and Treasury teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities.
- Supporting global finance initiatives and requirements from regional and global stakeholders.
- Reviewing manual payment processes and non-corporate banking activities to drive standardization and automation.
- Supporting the management of critical supplier payment processes across global operations.
- Analyzing operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and increase efficiency.
- Participating in process excellence, continuous improvement, and training initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable and scalable process improvements.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, automation, data analysis, finance operations, or shared services environments.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Experience working with information systems, digital platforms, and process optimization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is considered an advantage.
