This position will support financial operations across the Andean region, ensuring accurate reconciliations, financial validations, and operational compliance within daily finance activities. The role is ideal for candidates who are currently pursuing or have completed a professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields and are looking to continue growing within a multinational and dynamic environment.
How you create impact
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and validate financial balances between banking platforms and internal systems
• Review and follow up on rejected payments related to Accounts Payable processes
• Support Accounts Receivable activities through validation and allocation of incoming payments
• Analyze financial transactions, ensuring proper matching of daily income and expenses
• Monitor discrepancies, pending items, and reconciliation differences to guarantee financial accuracy
• Provide operational and financial support for Colombia and Ecuador within the Andean region
• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls, operational procedures, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely validation and resolution of financial issues
What we would like you to bring
• Ongoing or completed professional studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields
• Previous experience or interest in finance operations, reconciliations, reporting, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processes
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage financial information accurately
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• English is considered a plus, but it is not mandatory for the position
