Join our Finance team as an Accounts Payable Advanced Specialist, supporting high-volume financial operations for our USA and Canada businesses. In this role, you will combine strong AP expertise, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure accurate transactions while building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
How you create impact
- Manage Accounts Payable activities: Process and validate high volumes of transactions, including receipts, invoices, reimbursements, and bank transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Support internal customers: Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to expenses, reimbursements, payments, and AP processes, providing clear and timely solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance: Review documentation, validate transactions, and apply internal policies and procedures consistently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Participate in meetings with stakeholders across the USA and Canada, communicate effectively, and follow up on requests and financial matters.
- Manage priorities in a high-volume environment: Work autonomously, organize multiple requests, and ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance/procurement processes, preferably in a high-volume transactional environment.
- Studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with excellent verbal communication and the ability to confidently participate in meetings with international stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail for reviewing financial documentation and validating transactions.
- B2+ English level is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the USA and Canada. Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
