KC Finance AR Integration Manager

As Integration Manager, you’ll lead the rollout of centralized Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across countries, ensuring smooth transitions, strong stakeholder engagement, and minimal business disruption. You’ll drive project delivery, define support structures, and uphold high standards of quality and readiness.

How you create impact

  • Project Management & Planning:

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for country integrations.
    • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with Knowledge Center and country teams.
    • Support Knowledge Center Management team as needed for all integrations

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Lead coordination with National Finance (NF) and Knowledge Center (KC) organizations.
    • Facilitate alignment between country stakeholders and KC Finance leadership.

    Discovery & Documentation:

    • Schedule, conduct and lead discovery calls with country teams to assess current-state processes.
    • Utilizing and documenting within the Company Transition Planning Toolkit
    • Document findings, identify gaps, and propose integration strategies.
    • Collaborate with KC management to define staffing needs and support structure required for each company transition

    Task Coordination:

    • Track and manage all open tasks assigned to country teams and KC.
    • Ensure timely completion and escalation of issues as needed.

    Hypercare Evaluation:

    • Oversee post-go-live support and stabilization (hypercare).
    • Evaluate performance, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.

    Reporting & Communication

    • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
    • Prepare integration status reports and dashboards.

What we would like you to bring

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

  • Fluent in English

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in finance transformation or shared services

  • Proficient in project tools and process mapping (e.g., MS Visio, Miro)

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

  • Strong working knowledge of MS365 and O2C processes

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks end-to-end

  • Demonstrated leadership, performance management, and sound judgment
