We are looking for a Junior Software & Project Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging technical development and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine analytical thinking, software development, and project coordination while working in an international environment.
How you create impact
- Support project execution, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of a Java-based Schedule Optimization tool.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions and project improvements.
- Map tasks, SLA requirements, and team structures to ensure effective project planning.
- Act as a backup to the Project Manager by helping manage timelines, project activities, and communication.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and contribute to software improvements.
- Prepare reports and insights to track project progress and identify optimization opportunities.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in software development, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong Java programming skills with hands-on coding and debugging experience.
- Good understanding of software development, maintenance, and optimization practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
