Become part of our dedicated Contract Logistics team in Jönköping and help deliver outstanding service as our next Customer Service Specialist.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and managing the daily administrative tasks within the warehouse. You will work closely with both management and the operational team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
How you create impact
- Inbound administration including daily planning, order checking, claim registration, stock/inventory management and monitoring of incoming trucks;
- Outbound administration including transport planning and booking, documentation handling, order adjustments and invoicing;
- Customs handling (Both In- and Outbound);
- Managing various WMS systems;
- Respond to and solve all customer queries in a timely manner;
- Inform the customer at all times about the progress of our service by delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction;
- Reporting of volumes and KPIs;
- Find root causes in the operations to improve processes.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in Contract Logistics, Warehousing or similar;
- Customs experience is highly valued;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience working in a team and collaborating with others;
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with solid accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage high task volumes and consistently meet deadlines;
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel;
- Solid experience in warehouse operations and inventory management;
- Capable of staying calm and effective under pressure, even with multiple tasks and customer requests;
- Fluent in both Swedish and English;
- Willingness to work shift hours during peak season when required;
- A valid driver’s license, as the site is not easily accessible by public transportation.
