How you create impact

  • Carry out in-depth hiring strategy kick-off meetings with hiring managers and use job market knowledge to employ the most effective recruiting strategy to find and hire suitable talent
  • Create compelling Job Postings and to advertise through Job Boards and share through networking channels including Linked-In
  • Source, screen and select suitable internal and external profiles
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential
  • Present hiring managers with a thorough candidate report and provide recruitment advice based on market expertise
  • Manage the Interview process effectively, through job offer and acceptance
  • Conduct regular update meetings with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers and share data on progress as well as market insights.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner, capable of providing expert talent advice and collaborating with the business to overcome challenges
  • Keep recruiting data in recruiting systems accurate and up to date at all times for KPI analysis and operational effectiveness
  • Support the completion of recruitment-related projects, as assigned

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in the logistics industry or high-volume recruitment environment
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining composure
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with strong customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software (e.g., SAP, CRM, ChatGPT)
  • A proven track record as a recruiter, managing the end-to- end recruiting experience (in-house or agency) is essential
  • Self-motivated and eager to take initiative to provide an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-PD1
