Nacora Group is an independent commercial insurance broker established in 1972, specializing in comprehensive marine and non‑marine insurance solutions. With decades of expertise, we support businesses worldwide in designing and maintaining cost‑effective, tailored insurance programs. We are seeking a Non‑Marine Client Service Specialist to join our growing Nacora USA team. This role is essential to driving renewals and delivering high‑quality service to our assigned non‑marine accounts.

How you create impact

  • Manage communication related to policy administration, including renewals, updates, and service needs for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare renewal specifications and required documentation proactively and accurately.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance for assured parties in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate account servicing activities, including reviewing and processing policy changes, additions, deletions, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Liaise with underwriters to facilitate policy updates and resolve account inquiries.
  • Review loss run reports and monitor claim status for assigned accounts.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflow processes and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

What we would like you to bring

  • 3+ years in insurance account servicing, policy administration, or a related client service role (commercial lines preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and underwriters.
  • Ability to understand insurance coverages, policy language, and program structures, and communicate them clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office and insurance-related systems/tools.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
