How you create impact

The National Human Resources Talent Development Expert architects and delivers a data-driven talent and organizational development strategy that builds critical capabilities, accelerates leadership effectiveness, and drives measurable business performance. This role blends strategic program design with hands-on facilitation, learning technology ownership, and analytics — translating workforce insights into scalable development experiences that move our business forward in an ever-evolving environment. This position requires approximately 10% travel.

 

Instructional Design & Program Delivery 

  • Deliver scalable learning programs across leadership and behavioral capabilities using blended, microlearning, in‑person, and digital modalities. 
  • Design and refine instructional content (facilitator guides, learner materials, e-learning modules) aligned to our L&D strategy. 
  • Lead end‑to‑end program execution: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. 
  • Embed development into performance management, career pathing, and succession planning processes.  

 

Talent Systems & LMS Ownership 

  • Manage our LMS (SuccessFactors experience preferred) as the hub for learning delivery, content management, and reporting. 
  • Partner with Global HRIS and Talent Development teams on configuration, deployment, and system integrations. 
  • Explore and implement AI‑enabled learning solutions (personalized journeys, skills mapping, adaptive learning). 
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies and evolve our ecosystem.  

 

Data, Analytics & Measurement 

  • Define success metrics for adoption, behavior change, capability lift, and business impact. 
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track ROI and skill trends. 
  • Use people analytics to surface insights and inform investment decisions. 
  • Continuously refine programs using data, feedback, and Voice of Employee inputs.  

 

Facilitation & Capability Building 

  • Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions for people leader and employee audiences. 
  • Coach managers on development conversations and effective feedback. 
  • Support high‑potential, leadership development, and talent mapping/succession programs. 
  • Identify capability gaps and design targeted interventions with HRBPs and business leaders.  

 

Stakeholder Partnership & Project Management 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on learning and culture. 
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrix organization. Everything from scoping through execution. 
  • Collaborate with National Leadership Team, HRBPs, Business Unit leaders, and other stakeholders on global and national initiatives. 
  • Manage external vendors and partners supporting development programs. 

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, talent management, or organizational development, including program design and facilitation. 
  • Experience using data analytics to diagnose needs, measure impact, and tell stories that inform decisions. 
  • Background working in a fast‑paced, global matrix  
  • Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS administration, and modern learning methodologies. 
  • Strategic thinker who connects development priorities to enterprise goals and turns direction into action. 
  • Change‑agile, able to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities. 
  • Creative and modern approach; experiments with new tools and emerging learning technologies (including AI). 
  • Data‑driven, translating insights into decisions and clear recommendations. 
  • Strong project manager who leads multiple workstreams with discipline and follow‑through. 
  • Skilled facilitator and communicator across executive, manager, and employee audiences. 
  • Trusted partner who builds credibility and influences HRBPs, leaders, and business teams.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-TD1
