How you create impact

As an Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist – Logistics Coordinator, you will support warehouse and logistics operations for a major financial services client in a data center environment. The role covers inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and secure asset disposition. You will work directly with the client and internal teams, so accuracy, communication, and strong follow-through are essential.

  • Receive, scan, inventory, and securely store incoming equipment and assets
  • Process outbound shipments to branch locations, data centers, and individual users
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and client systems
  • Prepare equipment for deployment, storage, shipment, disposal, or destruction
  • Maintain chain-of-custody requirements for sensitive and data-bearing equipment
  • Pack, label, stage, load, relocate, and ship equipment according to established procedures
  • Coordinate with couriers, carriers, client representatives, and internal teams
  • Identify inventory or shipment discrepancies and investigate issues before they affect the customer
  • Escalate damaged freight, missing inventory, or other operational concerns as needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and secure working environment

What we would like you to bring

You will be successful in this role if you are comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse work with direct client interaction. We are looking for someone who pays close attention to details, communicates clearly, asks questions when needed, and can work through operational problems without sacrificing accuracy.

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of related warehouse, logistics, inventory, or industry experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to identify problems, investigate discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with warehouse, inventory, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently after completing training
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move packages up to 70 pounds
  • Dangerous Goods or Restricted Articles knowledge preferred
  • Flexibility to support changing operational needs

 

This position is Monday through Friday. After training, the assigned eight-hour shift may fall within an operating window of approximately 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch. Training hours may vary slightly based on operational needs.

The target hourly wage range for this position is between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
