This role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely preparation, submission, and tracking of export-related documents in compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
How you create impact
- Manage end-to-end export documentation for Sea Logistics shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
- Prepare, review, and submit shipping manifests, carrier, and transport-related documents.
- Upload and manage documentation across internal systems and customer platforms, providing timely updates to customers.
- Perform daily document checks and quality verification to ensure compliance with operational and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, including daily and weekly documentation and shipment logs.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams, carriers, and external stakeholders to meet documentation timelines.
- Provide operational support during weekends or peak periods when required to ensure continuity of service.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sea Logistics or Export Documentation role.
- Mandatory background in freight forwarding operations.
- Strong understanding of export documentation processes and shipping workflows.
- Experience working with multiple systems, including logistics platforms and customer portals.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to provide weekend support when required.
- Team-oriented mindset with good coordination and communication skills.
