How you create impact

You play a key role in delivering smooth and effective HR operations that support employees and the wider business. By managing essential HR processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you help create a positive and productive employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will:

  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR service delivery

  • Assist with expatriate mobility and employee transitions

  • Drive the transfer of HR activities to the Shared Services team and contribute to continuous improvement through automation

  • Champion digital HR initiatives and people analytics projects

  • Partner with external service providers to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards

  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory and compliance-related matters

  • Support HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence with operational HR requests

What we would like you to bring

  • Experience in HR operations or HR administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and local labor regulations

  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, and HR systems

  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to continuous improvement

  • Strong understanding of local Indonesian labour law
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
