The Integrated Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics execution across air, ocean, and/or road freight, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on operational excellence, shipment visibility, issue resolution, and service quality improvement.
How you create impact
Operations Execution
- Manage daily freight operations (import/export / domestic / cross-border)
- Coordinate shipment booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely shipment tracking and milestone updates
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as operational point of contact for assigned customers
- Handle shipment inquiries, delays, and exception management
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, and transport vendors
Performance & Compliance
- Ensure shipments meet agreed SOPs and KPI targets (OTIF, accuracy, transit time)
- Support compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
- Escalate operational risks and delays proactively
Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Support digital tools / TMS / WMS usage and data accuracy
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding / 3PL operations
- Hands-on experience in import/export operations (air/ocean/road)
- Familiar with customs processes and shipment documentation
- Experience with operational systems (TMS/WMS/ERP is an advantage)
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
