You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.

You Role

Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highest customer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI). You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

You Responsibilities

• To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
• To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
• To undertake the transport planning of orders/shipments + forecasting.
• To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity/ improvement ideas related to processes.
• To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
• To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
• To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipment planning.
• To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Your strong execution skills + attention to details, along with your knowledge of 4PL solutions + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
