Job Description
Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager

It's more than a job

Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for an IL Excellence Manager – Processes & Solutions to strengthen our global Process & Solution team in Wroclaw.

This is not a traditional operational excellence role. The position is strongly focused on program management, systems & process improvement, and project coordination within a global transport and supply chain environment for a leading pharma client.

You will play a key role in identifying, coordinating, and driving operational and systems-related improvements across a complex international setup. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer teams, you will help optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

The role is based in Wroclaw and offers a hybrid working model within an international and fast-paced environment.

As IL Excellence Manager, you will coordinate projects, change requests, and process improvement initiatives across transport and operational systems. You will analyze workflows, assess operational setups, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

The focus of the role lies strongly on transport management systems and operational processes rather than warehouse management. You will act as a central coordinator between business, systems, and operations teams, ensuring successful implementation and alignment across the organization.

Projects can vary from short-term operational improvements to large-scale strategic initiatives running over multiple phases and regions.

How you create impact

  • Lead and coordinate projects, change requests, and process improvement initiatives within the global Integrated Logistics environment
  • Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization
  • Coordinate implementation activities with internal stakeholders, external partners, and systems teams
  • Support UAT activities, validations, reporting, and process checks during project execution
  • Work closely with transport and operational systems such as OTM and related logistics platforms
  • Translate operational requirements into structured process documentation and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with customer teams and internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and operational alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, process quality, and operational performance

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in areas such as Business Analysis, TMS, Master Data, Process & Solution, Customer Solutions, or logistics systems optimization
  • Strong understanding of transport flows, supply chain processes, and operational systems environments
  • Hands-on experience with logistics systems and process improvement initiatives; familiarity with OTM is a strong advantage
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and comfortable coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication skills.

What's in it for you

This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly strategic and international logistics environment supporting global pharmaceutical supply chain operations. You will combine program management, systems coordination, and operational process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.

You will gain exposure to complex transport and logistics systems, large-scale transformation initiatives, and global operational processes. Working closely with international teams, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

In addition, you will join a collaborative and diverse team environment that offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to contribute to projects with global impact.
