Integrated Logistics Excellence Manager

Responsible for operational performance of KNIL Control Tower and LSPs, as well
as business analytics and supporting the tactical / strategic development of the
account.

Development of SOP and changes in close collaboration with Business Manager.

Monitor service performance trends in alignment with Control Tower and logistics
service providers (LSPs).

Coordination of preparation of contents for monthly / quarterly business reviews
(MBRs / QBRs), execution of MBRs / QBRs decisions within the area of
responsibility.

Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plan, business continuity plan
(BCP).

What we would like you to bring

Proven experience in ocean freight operations

Proven experience in all transportation modes

Proven track record in logistics operations and/or general management (min. 5 years)

Proven experience in supply chain optimization and operational performance improvement

Proven experience in risk management and emergency handling

Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational 
environment
