We are looking for an Engineer Core Product to join our Integrated Logistics Processes & Systems team in Contern, Luxembourg or Wroclaw, Poland..

Join our Integrated Logistics Processes & Systems team and help shape the digital solutions that drive our global logistics operations. As an Engineer Core Product, you will bridge business needs and technical capabilities to deliver solutions that create real business value. You will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and coordinating digital solutions that balance user needs, technology constraints, and long‑term strategic goals. You will act as the link between Business and Development, guiding both sides toward effective, scalable outcomes.

How you create impact

  • Coordinate the software development process across all phases of the software development lifecycle;
  • Lead business requirements analysis by engaging and negotiating with various client departments;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders;
  • Collaborate daily with IT developers, solution architects, QA specialists, and product owners;
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and communicate technical solutions back to business stakeholders in an understandable way.

What we would like you to bring

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field;
  • Experience working in Agile teams;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in structured process analysis and documentation;
  • Advanced skills in exploratory data analysis;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
