Deploying and leading the Continuous Improvement service offering and owning the Continuous Improvement program for the customer, aiming achievement of cost and cash savings in KN IL customer’s supply chain. Leading business case development, providing status updates on CI program to Business Manager / customer, ensuring achievement of savings targets.
Following approach to savings idea generation, validation and implementation based on KNIL experience and tailoring it to the specifics of the customer, as well as enrichment of the approach based on own best practices.
How you create impact
- Identify supply chain inefficiencies and propose improvement initiatives.
- Monitor optimization projects, set priorities, and escalate issues when needed.
- Address resistance to change and remove barriers to implementation.
- Map customer’s end-to-end supply chain and perform value stream analysis.
- Conduct loss analysis and define strategic savings opportunities.
- Develop business cases and align savings targets with customer and Business Manager.
- Gather, clean, and validate data for savings pipeline development.
- Facilitate idea generation sessions and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and validate savings scenarios, recommending best options.
- Build and maintain a multi-year savings project pipeline, including quick wins and complex initiatives.
- Track savings status using dashboards and ensure transparent reporting.
- Lead project calls and follow up on actions to ensure savings realization.
- Perform gap analysis when actual savings differ from expected targets.
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GxP guidelines and customer quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years in Integrated Logistics
- Proven experience in all transportation modes
- Proven track record in Change Management or Project Management (min.5 years)
- Experience in Supply Chain Cost Budgeting / Optimization/ Value Stream Mapping
- Experience in Business Case Creation
- Strong commercial acumen
- High customer focus
- Fluent English
