As an IS Solution Lead, you will be the driving force behind the integration of customer systems into Kuehne+Nagel’s 4PL landscape. You translate business needs into streamlined, technically sound solutions that enhance visibility, efficiency, and performance across the supply chain.
You’ll combine your deep understanding of ERP/TMS platforms with strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. In this highly collaborative role, you ensure that every onboarding project aligns with our global standards — enabling smooth implementations that meet both customer and compliance expectations.
How you create impact
- Lead the assessment and integration of customer system processes to ensure seamless 4PL onboarding.
- Define and optimize data flows and configurations to minimize complexity and align with business goals.
- Collaborate with Run Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure robust IT and process support.
- Balance customer requirements with standardized blueprint designs to maintain system stability and scalability.
- Identify risks early and drive proactive troubleshooting and mitigation.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and perform validation testing to secure smooth go-lives.
- Engage customers with transparent, persuasive communication to encourage efficient standard integrations.
- Ensure that all activities comply with GDP and GxP standards, pharma regulations, and Kuehne+Nagel quality requirements.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics and digital solutions, or IT-driven project delivery.
- Proven experience in ERP or TMS implementation (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong background in IT project management or solution architecture.
- Expertise in EDI/API integration and logistics system workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured, proactive mindset.
- Skilled communicator with proven stakeholder management experience across business and IT.
- Experience in leading client workshops and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
- Highly detail-oriented and methodical in documentation and configuration management.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
