As an IT Community Manager (m/f/d), you will grow and support our Cloud Community by encouraging collaboration, connecting employees with the right learning resources, and helping teams share best practices and success stories across the organization.

How you create impact

  • Foster collaboration, peer learning, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Help employees find relevant learning resources, tools, and best practices.
  • Enable them to share updates, success stories, and learning paths across teams.
  • Gather feedback from the community to enhance learning platforms, materials, and communication.
  • Make cloud learning resources easy to find across internal platforms and channels.
  • Develop simple, beginner-friendly content to help newcomers build foundational cloud knowledge.
  • Coordinate learning sessions, spotlight talks, and knowledge exchanges to keep engagement high.
  • Create clear communication about learning opportunities and support teams in shaping effective learning journeys.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Background in Community Management, Developer Advocacy, Content Creation, or a similar role, ideally in a technical environment.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and engagingly.
  • Experience supporting communities of practice, advocacy networks, or peer learning groups.
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., AsciiDoc, Antora), content platforms (e.g., Jekyll, SharePoint), or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and experience working in large, global organizations are also beneficial.
  • Strong planning skills to organize community initiatives, activities, and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident in leading sessions, moderating discussions, and working with diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
